I’m not sure if they are under staff or not but if a rush is anticipated most places would try their best to accommodate that time frame as to ease work load on staff and increase customer service. Every time I have a problem with my bank accounts or anything I always see Tou Xiong(one of the bank teller), he’s awesome and super nice and great full, tells everything that you need to know and helps you so much and makes you feel welcome!
