Today they didn’t pick up my trash because the lid wasn’t closed, so i called them and explain what happened they want to charged 20.00 more when i paid always on time, the lady who answer the phone really bad actitud

I have worked with Benz for many years. Their service is great, prices reasonable, and customer service exceeds my expectations.
These people are full of it…when I started the service they charged me a lot of money just for the deposit and then they turned around and sent me a bill a month later telling me that it was for a partial month and they do not empty the trash as scheduled….it’s not worth it and they should be put out of business…
They are overpriced and the drivers will look for any excuse to not pick up your trash as scheduled then charge you an additional $10 ‘extra pickup fee’.
they said they would be $20.00 cheaper than WM but when I got my Bill the were more money I was being charged $96.00 every month for regular home curb pickup
Terrible service !!! The schedule is NOT regular. Sometimes they pick up on the correct day, but most of the time not. It is too windy in the AV to leave your trash/recycle cans out . I called “customer service” and they said it would be picked up the next day. They NEVER came by. Terrible service !!!

Super friendly staff. Our pickups have been on time and consistent. I only wish they had an option to pay online, you have to go there to drop off payments.
