  5. What an absolute joke. 4 Outages in my neighborhood in a week. On top of that, my power constantly surges and trips all the breakers at least twice a week for the last year. I wish I could give them negative stars.

  6. I need to counter some of these negative comments! The people who work at NEMEPA have always been good to me. I’ve had numerous accounts with Northeast – never a problem. The outside crews are some of the hardest working people I know.

  7. Rudest staff I have ever had to deal with, they have no idea what they are doing. I was told to pay a certain fee, I pay it then get charged a late few for not paying more according to another employee, absolute garbage.

  8. NorthEast has always been courteous and polite with me. I’ve done business with them for over 30 years. With any relationship, you get out what you put in, so if you call and are rude, what do you expect from them?

  19. I have always have good interaction with them. However, the service is more unreliable than any EPA I have ever been under. Outages occur throughout the year and average 1 a month, and 2-4 a month during the spring and summer. Very frustrating for the customers.
