Definitely not a user friendly bank. None of the banks off base can help you with anything and I’m longer in the military so I can’t go to the branch that is actually helpful.
Their very friendly and helpful! Especially Kiley! She is so helpful anytime I come in there! She always shows ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with whatever I have question about!
