Southeastern Endocrine & Diabetes Reviews ( 33 )

  1. Worst office staff, outdated office, and hopefully you don’t have any questions about your care because you are better off Googling your results than having intellectual conversations with their staff.

  2. They will bill you for stuff that was NEVER done and the person that takes blood cannot understand which tests you need and is horrible with sticking. They also make appointments for you WITHOUT CONSENT OR CONFIRMATION and then charge you for not showing up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…save yourself the trouble!

  3. I arrived early & the staff was eager to see me. I was in and out before my actual appointment time. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. Great customer service and excellent health care.

  4. There are no enough words in the Webster Dictionary to describe Dr. Miguel Munoz and his fantastic team ( Arianne and Martin ) .
God gave us his most precious gift to us “LIFE” !! …

  5. Dr. Reed is probably the best endocrinologist in Atlanta. He sees to many patients and probably spends too much time with each one, but then again, that is why we love him. He takes care of both of my children who have endocrine disorders.

  6. They rarely pick-up the phone or return any phone calls. Awful patient/customer service. They almost got my credit ruined because of their lack of availability. They sure have time to send letters but don’t ever have time to pick-up the phone or return phone calls. I am not coming back to their office ever again.

  7. I have been seeing Dr. Reed for seventeen years for a thyroid condition, followed him through at least two office moves and three of my own homes, and still make the trek to Roswell (I now live in Douglasville) to see him. He is a great …

  8. I was referred to this office years after my battle with breast cancer left me with thyroid issues. The Dr. that was referred was booked and by the grace of God Dr. Estes had an opening. To this day I would consider her more like a friend …

  9. I urge anyone who reads this to go elsewhere! This place is a sad excuse for a doctors office. I was treated horribly. First Dr. Munos never read my file and just gave me diet pills because of my weight gain rather than work to find out …

  10. I see Dr Gonzales and I find her to be the most thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable endocrinologist I have ever seen. I have seen a few others in the city over my 20+ years in Atl, including someone in this group who I never cared for. Dr G, however is exceptional. I will never switch to a difft doctor again.

  11. I am only giving one star because there is no option for a lower rating
The person I spoke to was rude to begin with. As a new patient I asked for an appointment with any endocrinologist after the one I specifically asked for was …

  12. Dr Reed is by far the smartest man and very caring. He has saved my life and my daughters most certainly. He gives 100% and if you ever have to wait on him, it’s only because he had a patient in crisis and was treating or talking to them. This doctor is a rock star and is high on my list! His office staff is also the best!!!

  13. Since my appointment was booked a year in advance, receiving an appointment reminder would have been appreciated prior to being charged a $50 no show fee!! I will no longer be returning as a patient!

  14. First of all, I am sorry that some did not have a excellent experience, as they have been PERFECT for me!! There is no lengthy wait at all and I have been able to see the nurse (Melia Maketo) without problems. They worked with me so well. …

  15. Been batting hyperthyroidism for a good deal of my life. Dr Munoz has been fantastic. He cares about my work / life balance, what’s going on with my family and cares about my health. And their systems are great too – the wait is literally never longer than 10 minutes in my several years I’ve been going. Highly recommended.

  16. Dr. Munoz is awesome. Best Endocrinology I’ve had. I moved and still go back to Roswell just to see him. I recently had a baby and I needed to nurse my daughter while I was there but I also had to get labs. They found a quiet room for me to …

  17. I had seen Dr Estes a few years ago and wanted to see SouthEastern Endocrine and Diabetes again. This time the earliest appointment that I got was of Dr. Gonzales. She is new and would have been with the facility for 2 months. I saw Dr …

  18. I came to see Southeastern Endocrine after having seen another endocrinologist, being diagnosed with Stage 3 thyroid cancer and having surgery. My other doctor was not returning phone calls and I was in and out of the hospital for days …

  19. While the physicians I have dealt with have been competent, their dishonest billing practices are extremely concerning. When COVID-19 hit, a provider called me to “check up on me” (their words), and shortly thereafter I received a bill for …

  20. My first visit here and I was shown care and concern for my well being. Eileen is very knowledgeable for a Nurse Practioner, she might as well be one of the doctors. Very thorough. No rushed decisions. I didn’t have to wait long and they have a large seeming well run office.

  21. My experiences has been nothing but excellent since I started going there. The office runs smooth and they are on time . Donni the NP is the best, she always listens and educates, she is so knowledgeable and makes me feel that my health matters to her. You can’t say that about many places nowadays.

  22. I love this practice, especially Donni & Dr. Estes. They are so personable & really take the time to talk to you. They are down to earth & honest. The front office & nurses have always been friendly. I have a hard time believing the …

  23. I made an appt here based on a referral from my PCP. Had to wait 8 weeks to get my first appt. Completed all the new patient paperwork and assembled all my medical records (1 hour) and called the morning prior to my appt to confirm …

  24. The Drs here are great. I hear lots of complaints from my fellow type 1 cats about their Endo’s..but not with this group, I love ‘em. Stephenie T. and Dr H are the best.

  25. I travel a little farther for this doctors office and with good reason. I’ve seen almost every doctor and nurse practitioner at the facility and I cannot complain about any of them. I’ve tried 2 other doctors as they were much closer to …
