I love this office! Especially my provider Jessica Lucero, MSN, FNP. She always takes time to fully explain my care to me. Everyone is very nice and kind at this office and attends to my needs. I referred my daughter and my sister to Mrs. Lucero. She’s the best!!

I called for an appt today. After 4 min waiting, someone answered. I was asked for insurance, I told is Health Plan of Nevada (listed on their website) and I was told NO. Then I asked to pay Cash and she said NO. They they simply close the conversation. Done. Waw… this is a very bad place to call for appointments and to get services.
Sasha the receptionist is disgustingly rude. I have never had an encounter with such a rude person. And this was over the phone I can imagine in person!
Very excellent staff and very nice people to work with. I have been going there for almost 2 years now and have never had an issue. They actually make it enjoyable to go there. Still going here and seeing Dr. Striblen and Heather, awesome bunch of people here so friendly and they take care of you fast.
This doctor office is the most efficient doctor visit I ever had. In less than 15 mins I was able to see the doctor and get checked. Dr. Peters is an intellectual kind of doctor. He is compassionate and his proactive approach impressed me. Thanks Dr. Peters.

I work with Dr. Jessica Lucero and she is one of the only doctors I’ve ever had that really seems to listen when I talk, and doesn’t treat me like an idiot! The rest of the staff is lovely as well, and they’re always amazing when it comes to rescheduling and things like that.
