I love Dr. Vernetti. I haven’t had a problem with the staff. They have always been very nice and patient. I have been coming to this office for over a year and I haven’t been waited to long and the staff has never been ride.
There is no option to pay bills online. Com’on, this is 2017, add online payment for your patients, please! Regardless of the level of service, that alone is a good reason to choose a different provider.
Dr. Palal is an amazing endocrinologist. I highly recommend her to anyone that’s looking for an endocrinologist. She listens to you and and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns you may have.
This endocrinologists office treats me very poorly. I’ve been denied my prescriptions before, although it was an emergency. I’ve also been ignored, ridiculed and hung up on on several occasions.
My only concern is that the communication of why that my insurance company gets a letter stating my doctor no longer except my insurance and few months later says they made a mistake and are still taking my insurance. @# like it doesn’t make sense so I haven’t seen a entomologist for couple of months not happy.

I had kind of a rocky start here but I have grown to appreciate this place. Dr. Nakhle is great and has done a great job for mew and his staff has been very helpful and responsive. I’m glad we were able to get past some initial issues with staff responsiveness and I plan to stick around as a patient long term.
