  4. They occasionally forget to send a bill but they always remember to follow that up with a letter threatening to cut off your service for non-payment. Wish we had other choices for utilities.

  5. web site password system never works every time you login, you need to reset it.. and most of the time reset does not work. Usage tables are wrong. daily average always shows ZERO 0. I called them no fix yet.

  6. We missed a few bills…they didn’t come in the mail but they were kind enough to come leave a notice before actually turning off our service. Thank You! I called in and made payment in full. Shew! Baby it is cold outside! Would have hated to be left without hot water.

  21. A lawn service accidentally broke the pipe that was sticking up in our front yard. Today I called and reported what happen at 9:26am. By 10:19am, SA came out and the work was done! Pipe is now lowered/repaired. Amazing customer service on the phone as well.
