Typical large corporation with no customer service. I had a overcharge billing issue and sent all of the documents requested. The “manager” never responded in any way. They just sent another bill with a threat of more charges. You have no other option and they know it.
I have no problem at all with the trash pick up service, but I feel I’m being over charged and no one answers the phone. And from what I’ve read online and reviews right here, I’m not the only one!!
Impossible to get a staff person on phone..leave message and eventually they leave message then try again! Why not just answer the phone! Frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience to paying customers..
I do notice that the office doesn’t answer the phone sometimes. It just rings and rings. When I do get through, it has been fine. Always very polite, as am I. Maybe a client who is rude enough to post “S___s B___z” is also rude on the phone. I’m just sayin’.
Getting woken up at 6am by garbage trucks on Friday morning wouldn’t be so bad if they actually picked up my garbage cans… being charged for the service I’m not getting is really the coup de grâce.
The employees driving the trucks are rude.
Unsafe drivers who think they can disregard traffic laws. Plus they will harass you at your home even if you try to be civil. Management is not interested in handling complaints and the customer is always wrong.
