I was born at this hospital 🙂
ER services were excellent and professional
ULTRASOUND TECHNICIAN IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
Don’t call the main number after 7, because no one will pick up…like ever.
They don’t answer the phones leave you on hold for over 20min, just waiting for an operator.
Have never had a good experience at this hospital. I have heard testimony from several locals who feel the same.
Have been here for 3 surgeries, labs, procedures, etc.
Grateful we have this hospital in Sonoma.
Had a great experience with the ED. I went straight back to the room and they addressed my tachycardia promptly. I’m glad to come here for treatment.
Over $7,000 for an IV for heat exhaustion. SEVEN. THOUSAND. DOLLARS. This is UTTERLY deplorable. And there’s no way for me to make a financial evaluation without having the treatment first. And your nurse needs a machine to find a vein becaaaaauuusseee??? Oh right. So you can charge me $500 bucks for it. You’re part of the problem.
Waited in their waiting room for 3 hours (pre-COVID!) for a situation that wound up taking a few minutes of the doctors time. Billed an outrageous amount for awful service. If I had known I would wait the length of time I did or be billed …
Had the polmomary breathing 3 times in Texas. This was the worst. The new equipment is not necessary when the tester yells at the top of his lungs! Tried 5 times for each test & got little results. This was my 1st visit. Have to think about it if I would to go back!
I went to Sonoma valley hospital on march. I was going for heart problems or possibly a heart attack. I had asked C. Sanders to check on my insurance since I was unsure if it was active that month or the previous month. Ms. C. Sanders …
It was my first time at this facility and I was extremely impressed with the staff and how friendly everybody was. I was seeing right away and it was very evident that everybody cared about me. My fiancé accompanied me and they were very inclusive and making sure she understood as well as I did what was going on and what to expect.
I am extremely impressed with Pedro.
He took my problem, needed a Covid test NOW.
Missed the time schedule , but he took me as his own patient and got a nurse to …
So happy with the care for my brother at the end of his life at Sonoma Valley Hospital ER and ICU. The Doctor’s, Nurses and Administrators were all so compassionate and took time to make sure we had everything we needed during my brother’s stay.
There were the same staff as when I last visited my there. It looked like they had we enough staff members. It looked clean. The Nurses were nice. They were not morbid when speaking this time They sounded positive.
Sonoma valley Hospital saved my life by within minutes confirming I was suffering a heart attack and administrating medical treatment. I am eternally grateful that this facility is available to us here to the rural community’s within …
Avoid this hospital at all cost if possible. Substandard care. A family member came in with symptoms of covid that was excused as something else MULTIPLE times. They did not test them for Covid on two occasions because they were vaccinated. …
If you wanna die, head on over to Sonoma ER.
Totally unqualified. Criminal behavior. Filthy facility. …
Simply horrible. The ladies at the front desk to the people in back. Rude. When your loved one is ambulanced to the ER in a strange town the people at the check in should be kind. Instead…”go sit down we will tell you when you can go back.”
My husband had an emergency appendectomy at SVH and had a very good experience. Great emergency room team, fabulous doctor, great after care. Can’t say enough about SVH.
I was here at 11:34:09am it is now close to 1:22pm for a head injury that could be brain bruising or mild concussion. The first time I was triaged turns out they had forgotten to submit the paperwork for an hour and a half then told me this …
The least compassionate people I have ever met.
The worst hospital in the world. My family had been going to this hospital for 50yrs, and never have I been treated with such incompetent people. My mom’s in the icu and for some reason I’m not on the contact list. Spoke to a social worker …
