  3. Phone calls were usually answered in no more than 3 mins. Now it’s like 10 mins. I called twice for a quick question and now they had me leave a message for them to get back to me. Not acceptable.

  5. Horrible customer service, always ridiculously long holds on the phone, and they are experts at quoting company policy but suck at listening to the customer, I will never get another loan from these people, in contrast USAA is awesome and has never made us feel like just another number.
