  1. Failure to perform basic duties such as posting minutes within the 30-day period required, missing property financials, and the list goes on. Long response times, if any, sounds too small to mention at this point in time

  10. This review is for the unpleasant experience I had with an employee. I submitted whatever information regarding the problem I had with the noise I was experiencing in the room. After submitting the information, I never heard anything and the company didn’t send any inspectors to my property.
