Optimum Professional Property Management Reviews ( 86 )
Failure to perform basic duties such as posting minutes within the 30-day period required, missing property financials, and the list goes on. Long response times, if any, sounds too small to mention at this point in time
What are you doing with all these Hoa fees? Seems there are kickbacks going on with construction and wasteful spending. Can’t wait to see the books and who is stealing money at the Villages. Glad the medoa is getting involved now. The media will finally expose the truth .
The worst place ever! They are unprofessional and uncaring on the phone and their website does not work, and when I go to their website, there’s no place to make a payment
The refused to clean up common area such as the play ground and picnic benches . Graffiti on the play structure stilll hasn’t been cleaned up 4 days later
No one is ever available to speak to when there is an issue. The property managers are hostile and rude when you do manage to get them on the phone. Not helpful, never available and just a shame we have to deal with them. I wish I got to leave work every day at 11am and never answer my calls which apparently everyone does here.
For those of you who live in Yorba Linda Villages this HOA is planning on screwing us all over. They are adding a 65k lien to all of our homes. The president here Nicole just bought a 4.4 million dollar house. Let that sink in. Do not let the management company “manage” they are the worst company I ever heard of
This company just takes your money and counts. Then they figure out how to take more of your money. Do not use them. They will just keep sealing your money. RUN don’t WALK.
This company is capable of lying to you in order to get their way out. I have dealed with them on multiple occasions. If you are looking for headache, this is the place to go.
Their website is not mobile friendly. They check issuers raised as closed after they say they’ll “look into it”. Looking into an issue doesn’t qualify it as closed. …

This review is for the unpleasant experience I had with an employee. I submitted whatever information regarding the problem I had with the noise I was experiencing in the room. After submitting the information, I never heard anything and the company didn’t send any inspectors to my property.
