Granted on covid complications or not a businesses organization should not fail if you plan on staying open. I would not reccomend this place but would urge management of this place to take a look at your process to ensure people don’t waste their time waiting for something that should take less than 15 minutes to finish.
I went there to do my TB Skin Test, they marked it positive when it was clearly negative. They wanted to get more money out of me by making unnecessary x-rays. I had to go to other clinic the same day that this clinic read my test, and the other clinic told me that effectively there was a 0mm enduration on my skin.

I was sent by my employer here and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism.
