  1. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We were charged for a service they never provided and they refuse to provide a refund. Their billing department is completely unresponsive.

  6. Been with WareDispoal for almost 10 years. I have nothing good to say about there service constantly having to call and remind them to pick up our trash. Getting a bit ridiculous.

    Customer service reps are very unprofessional and you’ll have to hang up and call back to try and speak with someone else . Also manager and supervisors are seemingly always on lunch.

  13. Rented for 5 days and they ended up not coming on the day they were supposed to. I called and they told me they would pick it up in the morning. They did as they said and I have no complaints and I had it for an extra 2 days and wasn’t charged for it. Will be using there service again in the future.
