poorly run, billing wrong , missed my trash , phone number for office far away in another state did not fix problem supervisor was callous , i changed to a local hauler , like any one reading this review should do . never came and got their cans , poor job

Bad rates, rediculous extra bag charges every week when I had no extra bags. Switched to Olsen Sanitation. Recommend everyone in the area does the same.
Absolute terrible company! Do not do business with them! The right hand does not ever know what the left is doing. Our government operates more effectively and efficient than Waste Management does!
This is a great company if you want: garbage on your lawn, unparalleled terrible customer service, scammy/unethical billing practices, and an overall reduced quality of life. If you are looking for ‘good service’ or ‘getting what you paid for,’ however, I would avoid WM like the plague.
If you have bulky items be prepared to pay big. Yes, you get 2 pickups free but after that you pay $15.00 per item. A table and 4 chairs is $75.00. I understand the need for limits but this is a big cost increase. Rags to riches.

Paid $50 for a yard waste can, they’ve only picked it up ONCE this year. Every other time I’ve had to buy bags and drive them 20 miles in each direction to get rid of them. I’ve easily spent over $200 on fuel and bags, meanwhile they won’t give me a refund for the yard waste can.
They pick up a day or so after the date it’s supposed to be picked up or never at all. Even after calling it’s still not picked up. If you can’t service the area don’t offer service! Tired of calling every week to say they missed the pick up
