Electricity is off and no known way of knowing when it will be back on. Communication is too easy now days not to have a website for customers or emails of customers to send progress of outages to review in a timely manner.
A squirrel chewed into our power line on Monday morning of the Memorial Day weekend. No cell or landline working so my husband drove
to a friend’s place to get the contact number for NCP. A technician was up here …

They need to get with times and allow electronic bill payment….sending money orders and snail mail just doesn’t cut it anymore.
