I called to say my child is having difficulty hearing and in pain and the first appointment they can give me is 2 months!!!!! Are you kidding me??? Thanks but I will go elsewhere with my child who is in pain…. Really!?!?
We have used Dr. Mark for all of our kids for the last 17 years. He is wonderful with them and with the parents. I would recommend him to anyone with children. He’s great with adults as well.

Went for ringing in ears and earache,diagnosis- hearing getting bad. Meanwhile pain spreading around neck and head come back in a year and we’ll test again, your kidding right?
I took my 11 year old daughter for chronic nose bleeds. The doctor was fantastic told my daughter everything that was going to do and broke it down so that she could understand what was being done. I couldn’t be happier!
We waited hour and fifteen min past appointment time not to mention getting there early to fill out paperwork was told Dr was half hour behind but was a lie ended up being here 2 and a half hours NEVER again and id bet this review will be taken down
Was referred by my doctor. Tried to make an appointment…The lady who answered was not very pleasant then explained their next appointment was 3-4 months out. Couldnt wait that long when I have throat pain and swelling. Called another ENT Dr. Paul Young and got an appointment this week!
The office staff are always friendly and accommodating. I never have a problem making an appointment for myself or my children. All three of my children are seen here and two have had surgery. Nurses were pleasnt when calling to check on them the day after surgery. Overall great experience with this office!

Very happy I was recommended to Dr Stachiw after my ENT retired.. I have very bad ear infections, sinusitis and she also did a blood test on my daughter and found out my daughter had cancer.
