Dr. Dilmannian is extraordinary: general practitioners don’t come this kind, this caring, and this intelligent in America anymore! What a gift to have found her. Her staff is also very friendly and easygoing.
The Staff behind the desk are unprofessional at times. They disclose your personal business out loud. There is no privacy act shown here. I have a better experience at the other locations. One of the girls is also lazy. She suppose to do certain referrals and she often sluggish when speaking to patients.
You could never get anybody on the phone you just go from one line to the other to the other and nobody ever calls you back or if they do which 3 days later. Take my advice find a new doctor’s office.

Sketchy, poor communicators, unable to navigate conversations with insurance companies, will bill you incorrectly. Doctors unfamiliar with basics of diabetes care, not to mention their own pharmacy-order software. Save your time, money, and sanity and go elsewhere.
