Horrible customer service. The girls that work at the drive up window are snotty and rude. Closed my accounts after they wouldn’t let me wait out a severe hail storm.
Highly not recommend to go and open any account what so ever here. Customer Service is bad, to expensive to open a account, and over all this bank is just trash straight up.
Everyone used to be so friendly. Then there was a big change over in personel and you’re just another customer now. Ill probably be switching banks soon.
