Place is a waste of time , has never been the same since Ann left..They closed my account due to not being active and took the money. Never even received a letter in the mail stating anything.
Everyone at the south side location is rude as can be. We stood at a counter for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Absolutely no customer service. I do not recommend going here to anyone.

This place is terrible they are very rude. They don’t care if you bank there or not. As soon as I get my inheritance I will bank elsewhere. Don’t use them they are incompetence rude and they don’t care.
Paying your loans through this place is absolutly horrible. The app they use is horrible and doesn even show your payments. Nothing about this place is user friendly.
Used to be a decent bank, with great customer service; now it’s your typical bank with zero customer service or help. Wouldn’t recommend this place currently to anyone.
Have been a member here for 20+ years. As of late their way of banking is not user friendly anymore. Whoever decided to abandon the old online banking platform should be fired. This new platform adopted into the system has already delayed …
Look I like this bank ok. Their app and their website however tell us two different ways to make a check deposit on the app. It would be nice if the app had the actual directions instead of my check just getting rejected over and over again. Turns out the mobile app does not have ALL the directions.
