The billing group over charges for each visit and collects the money before you are seen. Than getting the refund is crazy. I have had 7 calls already and the admit they owe a refund and that the check will be mailed 2 weeks ago but was not. This is now more than 3 months waiting on the refund for the over payment.
Front office staff is very nice but back office is rude, disrepectful, and does not know how to conduct business. They also have no idea how to do billing.
Although wait times at the office can be long, the Dr is so worth the wait. I had surgery and a spinal cord stimulator put in and the staff at this office, the dr, nurses everyone is fantastic!

Dr Albert and Dr N are the best two surgeons in the state. They both are compassionate and have excellent bedside manners but more importantly they are extremely skilled at what they do. I would recommend them without reservation.
My husband and I had an appointment yesterday to see Dr. Nienke. The entire staff along with the doctor, were very pleasant and professional. The wait time was 5 minutes. So refreshing! I highly recommend this office.
I have been a patient of Dr Matos and Dr N for years now. Both have great skill and take time to explain things to help me understand my treatment plan. Recommend to everyone who needs their care.
