Their automated answering system is literally a deterrant for people who wish to call them. All it is is a random person repeatedly spewing random numbers. #logic
This place needs to work on helping people who gets money one time a moth to make it where there not late playing the bill all the time for that 16 more dollars they get.
We have paid our gas bill for the past 3 months and gas co.came to our house to disconnect our service!? We will bring our cancelled checks when we can…..you will get to meet my unhappy wife soon….lol….someone made a mistake

Just called to get the hook up price for gas logs . The only thing in the house on gas is the logs. They told me it would be $175 to hook up! Little bit ridiculous to just have a $10 or $20 bill each month! I could understand and justify it if the whole house ran on gas. But not just for logs! #moneyhungry

They provide a necessary service but know they have you over a barrel as there is no competition and it is often reflected in their attitude

I installed a New gas HVAC unit on my house. It lowered my electric bill dramatically. Very well worth the money.
Used less gas the bill jumped a hundred plus dollars. Complete insanity
