They never answer their phone calls and then tell you to leave a message and never call you back!! Dr. Reno is great, which is why I’ve given it more than one star, but the practice doesn’t have any concept of time. I understand things happen, but things happen every time and it’s clear they don’t respect my time.
Although my visit was prompt and everyone acted professionally but from the pandemic standpoint, I did not feel safe whatsoever. No temperature checks, Doctor doesn’t wear mask, and never saw machines being sanitized before and after use. Since this is still a medical facility protocols and precautions should still be in effect.

Southland Eye Clinic was recommended to me years ago and I heartily agree with that advice! My doctor is knowledgeable, compassionate, light hearted and practical. I trust her and know I will get practical recommendations for dealing with my diagnosis. I hate condescension from a doctor, and there’s none of that here.
