The facility is clean and comfortable. My mom is a patient there, and even though it’s a 30-45 minute drive–coming from Greenbrier, it’s well worth it.

  6. Be prepared to wait even with an appointment, I’ve been here for multiple visits and was told by a member of staff that patients are scheduled 5 minutes apart. Not uncommon to wait for 1-2 hours after your appointment time.

  7. I made an appointment at 1pm and get there on time, then have to wait over 2 hours to be seen, and this is like the 5th time this year it has happened, I should not have to wait that long. If I had another appointment I would have to either walk out and loose my copay or miss the other one.

  11. I arrived at 11:04am for an 11:20am appointment. It is currently 1:20pm, and I continue to wait to be seen. My actual experience with Dr. Wardell will now be irrelevant. No doctor is worth a 2+ hour wait. I’m not coming back.
