Very impressed on how Tri-City presended the administration of the Covid-19 vaccinations. It was very well organized and proceeded very rapidly. I went to their website on Wednesday and had an appointment the next day.
I had my baby here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All the nurses were attentive, caring, and looked out for my best interest. Would highly recommend delivering here, especially because of the NICU. God forbid your baby has to go to the NICU, you will feel like you are surrounded by family being among the NICU staff.
Showing up at 10p on a Tues night with a questionable and extremely painful knee injury, the staff was urgent and quick in getting us checked in, filled out forms, and within 8min a nurse came out to bring us in for xrays and shortly after …

Nice hospital, friendly staff! I have some medical background and is hospital has a high patient to nurse number. So patients can be left unattended at times. Nurses just need to love their job and take it one patient at a time. No need to have hate and avoid a patient that needs care, that causes more problems.
The process was efficient and the staff was stellar!!! I thought it was going to be a stressful & lengthy experience and it turned out to be a short & pleasant one. Thank you to the entire staff @ Tri City Medical Center for a plan well …
Tri City had the best staff during my 5 day stay. Very caring about my Cerebral Palsy and the Cellulitis Infection in my right leg. Every procedure was explained in a manner that I was able to understand. I give this hospital 2 thumbs up !
3/31/2016 at approx. 4:30 pm, I went into the ER because of pain, swelling and abnormal movement in my hand. 4 hours later after waiting check-in and X-rays, I had to wait in triage for over a half an hour for someone to give me a splint …
Two and half stars. If you approach healthcare with the knowledge of its limitations, then you can empathize with healthcare professionals. It seems that rarely does a diagnosis find a definitive answer to why something hurts or why you are …
Ended up spending 8 1/2 hours here when we visited the ER for an infected PICC line. The initial wait was 2 1/2 hours, then we ended up on a bed in the hallway. From there, I proceeded to be seen by a doctor who wouldn’t listen to me about …

Tricity procedures were fast and efficient. Staff was impeccably cordial and supportive. I felt grateful to receive the vaccines, and Tricity made it easy throughout both visits
Imagine going for help when you think you are having a stroke or heart failure. Well you get to wait for care 10 hours minimum. Really?? This facility needs to shut down. They have zero quality care to offer patients. Unless they are illegal and ready to deliver a baby. Put everyone else to the back of the list.

I had an angiogram recently, and was very nervous about the proceedure. I had never met the surgeon assigned to me, but felt much more at ease when he called the night before and spent time walking me through the proceedure. Dr. Carr was awesome. Also, the nurses from start to finish we’re very attentive. I feel well taken care of.
Long wait. The staff treat patients like numbers not like humans. Very disappointed by the long wait my wife had to endur, almost six hours. Hire more and caring staff. So that was for the staff in the waiting room. Once we got to see the doctor and RN it got a lot better and I would like to recognize them for their outstanding job.
TRI-City Staff and volunteers made it very stress free for me and family to come in and get our medical requirements completed. It’s easy to park and find out where you need to go. Very organized crews all around. Thank you for all that you do. Stay safe.
It is a shame to read “bad” reviews on Tri-City. My experience was a life saving one. I was flown in with Aortic Disection. Dr. Lin and Dr. Speigle saved my sorry butt; TWICE! I was in ICU from 12/10 to 12/24 this year. The nursing …

Terrible hospital with horrible management, that is greedy and keeps shutting down important services. Half the nurses are downright sadistic while the nice ones seem to disappear. Ridiculous waiting times as well. This hospital is dreaded in the Oceanside Carlsbad area.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I fully understand the issues involved with Covid- being in a healthcare field myself. There were a few (maybe 3) different staff members that I can see truly cared. …

My 10 day stay at this hospital was a blessing. The staff was incredible and the food delicious. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Don’t judge a hospital by it’s building. Even though the building is older and could use some updates, the doctors, nurses and other staff were topnotch. they really care. 🙂
Brought my daughter here and ended up walking out. The er tech at the front was rude and condescending, when I asked the triage nurse for a hat so I could get the urine sample they requested from my 2 year old she gave me attitude and the …

Literally the worst hospital in the world. I most definitely regret coming here. Staff is very, unprofessional, little to no communication, and they run unnecessary tests on you to run up insurance. No reason in the world why I needed an EKG for the flu. Seriously they did an x-ray, ekg, blood draw, and urine analysis.
I do not want to bash hospitals because I am in health care but a loved one has been admitted there and it has been a frustrating experience. There is lack of compassion, lack of knowledge and inconsistent care. If we did not advocate for …

If I could give this place a zero I would. Went to Tri-City emergency room on Sunday for the first time and I couldn’t believe how unsanitary and disorganized this place is. Most of the staff seemed unprofessional and untrained. I was there over 6 hours to get a CAT scan. I’m so disappointed in this place.

Over the years, Tri-City Hospital has always provided excellent care for family members. Our mother-in-law was treated really well after a fall and a four-day stay. My grandmother was also impressed with her treatment and stay for a heart …
Horrible hospital experience literally everytime we step on the premises. Nasty and mean nurses that don’t want to help you, always seems like YOU are bothering them at the place where, you know, they WORK! Get out of healthcare if you have …

I appreciate for their service specially Mariana and Deb whom helped my wife during first night in maternity department. Thank you again.

The ER medical care is excellent. However, the intake staff are understaffed, rude, information is not forthcoming, and you need to be prepared to wait for hours even when they are not crowded. The first visit was for my 87yo mother’s heart …

I was left to rot and sit and sit after my blood work and ultrasound I will never come to tri city emergency room and you can’t use covid for an excuse. There is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Made me wait over 3 hours for care with chest pain and heart palpitations. We were blown off by staff when asked for any updates. Then they got mad at us after because they said they “called for us multiple times” (they didn’t). Unprofessional and messy.

This does not come lightly and is a reflection of my experience with the medical professionals on staff during my time and experience at Tri-City medical center, not necessarily how I feel about whoever runs this hospital. I want to say …
Came in for loss of feeling in my leg. Waiting 8 hours in the waiting room. Received terrible service. Never was put in a room. Had to wait in the waiting room in between help. Never received a bill until I reached out. By then they sent to collections. Also couldn’t explain what I was charged for while I visited. Stay away
