My parents both went to this Clinic group and the raves about the fantastic care. Now I too am going. My eye problems are completely different from any of my family but I knew I could trust them. Always pleasant staff. My Dr is patient, pleasant, explains everything where I can understand it. I totally recommend this medical clinic.

Got an appointment, called and left a message with a question about the eventual scheduling of the surgery, canceled the appointment after three days of no call back. Eye surgery involves attention to detail and pre- and post-op care. Probably better to avoid folks who can’t return a call with a simple question.

Sat waiting for Dr for 45 minutes in small waiting area. Not once during this time did anyone explain that the Dr was running seriously behind schedule. Very unprofessional for this office. Very disappointed. Will stick with the Wayzata office from now on! This office needs to learn how to care for the patient.

Waited for over 1-1/2 hours with communication. I went to front desk no help. I left. Office Manager amazing! She called me to explain. I then made an appt to see doctor and this time they were quick and yet enough time.
