Great staff. All professional and helpful. I especially liked the comprehensive equipment in that I did not need to go elsewhere for social scans for my macular degeneration. Dr Shipitalo was very knowledgeable and communicated very well answering my questions. I felt like I left with a complete understanding of my eye health.
Dr. Shipitalo and NSES are tremendous at what they do. They walk you step by step to prepare you for what to expect. I had LASIK performed back in May 2022 and my only regret I wish I had gotten it sooner!

My experience at NSES was excellent. Appointment was on time. Dr. Shipitalo and her assistant were very professional and friendly. I also liked the machine they have to look into your eyes without dilating them. It costs a bit more but worth it for me. I will continue to use them for my eye care.

Amanda Schmitz did one of the best eye exams I have ever had. She is patient, explains changes in eyes, listens and goes at my speed figuring out the best lens needs. Her assistant was just as good. The staff at all the check in and out areas were friendly and efficient.
