We have to drive our trash down to end of road, yet they charge us a surcharge! I see the truck go up the road to neighbors house all the time, what gives? Time to look into other options!!!
I have been with this company for approximately 3 weeks. I’ve had to call them every week to come pick up my garbage. Every week I am told “the truck broke down” i shouldn’t have to call to remind them to pick up my garage up. I’ve called twice this week and it is still sitting at the curb. Thanks Tri-County.
It would have been great to receive notice of the fact that even though we had unlimited curb side pick-up, we are apparently being forced into using the 95 gallon tote cans now, and garbage will NOT be picked up if not in these cans. Now …

They only take the trash they want too. Last 3 weeks in a row they have left one of my cans half full. Just goes to tell you the drivers are lazy and don’t do there job!!!

Route guys are lazy! If they have to walk around a vehicle they won’t pick up the trash! But yet they will pick up dressers, mattress and box springs! You guys get paid do your job! Or just let trash build up! I don’t care!
Tri-county is trying to be smart by putting totes in the middle of the road so they can try to charge customers for a new tote I for one won’t pay for another tote because the drivers want to get rude. Tri-county needs better workers and not ignorant workers
Doubling rates in a year should be illegal. Pure greed. Tri-County don’t even bother replying to this. I don’t need a PR response trying to defend this increase.
Just got bid from competing service for $54/quarter vs $103 I’m now paying to Tri-County. Just called customer service and they won’t budge. Guess I’m switching!
