Even though I knew that my problem wasn’t strictly urological, I gained ready access to the evaluation that confirmed my diagnosed and arranged for management. Alternatively, I would have gone to an urgent care facility. Unfortunately, I have so far been unable to obtain the report on the CT scan performed there.
Today was my first visit. I was in and out. Very friendly staff. Everything explained to me. Dr. Eaton made me comfortable.

Dr. Gilchrist is fine. The problem is with those working with her. Her “nurse” who takes her messages is very rude. They don’t communicate how medication is supposed to be taken and I always have a hard time getting a call back. When I do get a call back they speak to me in a rude,short tone like I’m annoying them.
Great the tech took care by holding my hand. Making sure I was comfortable.

Being a claustrophobic patient and having a CAT scan normally makes me very anxious. The technician made me feel relaxed by talking in a very calming manner and just reiterated that I was going to be fine. Awesome job! Please keep up the great work.

I was immediately escorted to the imaging room. The procedure process and expectations were clearly explained and all questions were answered. Excellent equipment, so fear of tight spaces is not an issue. Total time was less than 30 minutes, including contrast. Well done. UGA
