Dr Dory is amazing. The front staff however have been very rude to us on several occassions. It’s unfortunate, because we love Dr Dory but will be switching due to the Front staff, they have made our experience unpleasant.

1st time visit and it was great! The girls at the front desk were very nice and professional. The nurse was great with my boy. And Dr. Clark was great with my boy as well.
We love Dr. Zucker! He is extremely knowledgeable and also an excellent teacher when it comes to explaining your child’s condition. He draws while he explains and you can take it home and refer back to it when needed. This has been most helpful when panicking over your child’s symptoms later on.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Associates. Dr. Zucker, the nurses and all of the staff are wonderful to work with and always call back when we have a question. We truly appreciate the care we have received from them.

My kids have been going to this place for 3 years now and they see Dr.Tatem. He can be sometimes rude and I don’t think he knows he is. His face reactions says it all!!! From reading all the comments on here I think we need to ask if we can switch to Dr.Dory! But I think it’s time to find another Pediatric that my kids will enjoy seeing.
