I just visited them for the first time today and the lady was so very nice to me she listened to all my concerns and helped me to come up with a plan that works.
Avoid this place. They are not experienced enough to manage medication for someone with mental health issues. I would avoid at all costs. Plus the staff is rude.
We had an appointment for 4, couldn’t find the place and ended up there around 4:10. Waited for an hour and nobody was there to see us. Waste of my time, especially when I was already skeptical about therapy after my last two therapists. I’m extremely upset that this happened.

staff is constantly shifting and one of the female receptionist is so rude I had anxiety attacks trying to go. Basically its run like a factory, good if you just need a prescription and have a therapist elsewhere, but I cant imagine having to do talk therapy here
Please avoid this practice. I had a horrible experience with this company. The company may take your money without providing any help to a customer. I was treated ridiculously horribly by a psychiatrist of the practice. The office also provided slim to no help either. I would recommend you find anywhere elsewhere for a psychiatrist.

I’ve had consistently good experiences with the staff, and my provider. I would highly recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for about a year now. My provider genuinely listen to me and my concerns, and works with me and what I’m comfortable with. My overall well being has greatly improved since coming here.

This place is so unprofessional and the receptionist (s) are the worst and most in compassionate people I’ve ever come across. You’re there because you’re not feeling well and they are so not happy or caring. Do not go to this place unless it’s all you have.
