  1. This is unfortunately not my first visit at the ER
Each time i feel so lucky to have them to help our community
At each “incident “ i got great care, nurses were carrying and ( not the first …

  2. I just wanted to say thanks to the ER staff for the wonderful care I received during my recent visit. From the time I arrived until Dr John Binford was able to resolve my issues, everyone did an excellent job.

  3. Lady’s at the front desk of emergency room have a horrible attitude very rude… no one is helpful and not one person has been able to answer any of my questions.. very unprofessional and unfriendly staff if I had know I would have made the drive to another hospital.

  4. Terrible I was in the room with a kidney stone when the staff brought in another patient and put him directly beside me with the flu how stupid I think can they be and there was empty rooms available

  5. I went into the hospital November 22 for a broke ankle, they took x rays and said it was just a sprang ankle well today November 27th I come to Pelham of Greer and they tell me I have a broken ankle st Luke’s is not up to practice and quite frankly if they can’t do better them that then they don’t need to be in business .

  6. WORST care I have EVER received from a medical facility. Not thorough at all, incredibly unprofessional beside manners and the majority of the staff here have the most terrible attitudes I have ever seen.

  7. It seems like no one answers the 855 nor the local phone number. I want to pay my bill but no avail. I’ll wait until someone from the billing dept. call me or send another bill or two… talking about efficiency!!! Ridiculous!

  8. Had to go to the hospital to get a doctor’s note due to it being Thanksgiving. Got charged 925 dollars and also waited for a few hours. Just go to Spartanburg Regional if you aren’t dying.

  9. Some of the rudest and least knowledgeable hospital I have ever come into contact with. Will have better luck treating every illness at home instead of here.

  10. The billing process is a nightmare. Check cleared bank over three weeks ago. Still getting bills and threatening Collection. Tried calling the billing service and placed on hold three times by Reps who could not find my account and would transfer me. Last transfer, I was cut off.

  11. Rude co worker Nurse whatever she think she is Pam on medical surgery floor talks hateful aggressive to you and it’s was only my 2nd night of training while she reads or goes to take 50 smoke breaks the patients noticing her agitation towards she needs to be brought down remind her she ain’t nobody to treat people like she does

  12. By far the worst medical experiences I have ever dealt with have came from this staff. A severe lack of competence and concern. The staff is rude, distant and vague. I highly recommend taking the risk and traveling to a hospital farther away.

  13. In the ICU for my father with congestive heart failure, second shift nurse was VERY rude and argued. called in the charge nurse and continued to argue. after about 10 minutes of arguing she got frustrated and left and slammed the door

  14. I was a patent in the Phy ward for Bi Ploar issues. Only there ,3 days. Upon my discharge there was no direction for a Dr to be referred to for continued help to manage the meds. When I asked for a referral I was given a sheet of paper 25 …

  15. The outpatient PT department is excellent! On each visit I was treated as if I was the most important person in the hospital. The friendly staff is well educated, has much experience and is most professional.
    I recommend it highly.

  16. Took an hour to be seen for a deep cut that needed stitches. I could have bled out. There was nobody else there. Saw 8 medical staff that just seemed to be idle. Not doing anything. I’d suggest you go to urgent care if they’re open I’ll never comeback to this hospitality stuck in the 90s

  17. The only thing good about this place is the nurses. One ER doctor is an ex con, and the other is an older man with a chip on his shoulder. Even the guy out front at registration was super rude to a mother with three young kids in front of …

  18. Great place, mom spent 3 years at Mission Hospital in Asheville trying to get her leg wounds healed ( We asked them if hyperbaric was a option and they said No), then a miracle happened! We called St.Lukes, they asked questions and they …

  19. If you have 10 minutes to live, and the next closest hospital is 20 minutes away, take the risk. This hospital employs prejudice staff and doctors. There’s nothing like going into an ER in pain, and you get escorted out by a police officer …

  20. The nurses and the X-ray lady was very nice and they did a better job then one of the doctors. He doesn’t listen and he prescribed this junky percocets while I got ibuprofen for a broke ankle. This to me was discrimination and he wasn’t doing his job. I wouldn’t prefer you to go here very bad experience.

  28. Don’t go there if you have anything like Medicare or Medicaid. They refuse to file your insurance and then sue you for the bill! Spartanbug and Greenville is alittle further out but atleast they don’t make you feel 2in tall while your there then sue you!
