Based on my own experience here, this place is understaffed. It shows in customer service. Not the staff’s fault, but still an issue. Also, Some Dr. walked in and started belittling the ailment being treated. Saying it’s “tiny” and “no big deal”, when my mom couldn’t even move due to the pain. It was just unprofessional.
The Breast Imaging office is the best! They take really good care of you and make sure that you are comfortable and at ease while having your test. They care like family!
