I have had both good and bad experiences. The bad experiences were very very bad, but I guess when you have no other options you have to be happy that you have service.

I enjoy running through the parking lot here on my loopity loop runs. The pavement is grippy, even when it’s wet and it has a nice wall out back to jump on if you’re integrating quad workouts in the mix. If you’ve read this far, THE GAME.
This company is Awesome! Customer service is great very helpful. We’ve been with Energy Cooperative for a long time never have any problems with them.
They are very helpful great electric company. Price is a little high but affordable.they also help you out if you’re in a crisis and electricity very seldom goes out like AEP. So thank you guys for a super job.
Lori at the front desk is really rude and needs some customer service training. Other person I spoke to was fine.
I pay nearly $500 a month in the summer! I try not to run the A/C too much and I keep it at 74. In Cbus with AEP my worst bill ever $375, ran it more at 72!
Won’t give estimated times or even a sign that they’re working on power outages. Smaller storm last night and haven’t got power on since (it’s 5 o’clock the next day). Keep your customers up to date on info!!
