  1. I LOVE THIS BANK! They have been endlessly helpful. I had to get a new credit card because my info had been stolen and I had a new credit card within less than 2 days of reporting it stolen. And I was living in New Mexico at the time!!!! Incredible!!!!

  2. I have been with Affinity Plus for many years and have been so happy with all of my transactions and dealings. I do feel that they are slow on the phone sometimes, as one has to wait and wait at times.

  3. I have been trying to get a hold of Ben Angell these last few weeks through e-mails and phone calls and he have not once replied to any of my messages concerning about my account. I wouldn’t recommend getting any help or contact with Ben Angell – lack of customer service and responding back.

  9. Terrible experience attempting to get a used auto loan there. Misleading information, intransigent representatives, very rude interactions. No idea how they attract business. They treated us like we were criminals, and were condescending to boot. So, they treated us like we were stupid criminals.

    With the nearest branch temporarily closed, the next two closest don’t have Saturday hours now. What’s up with that?

  13. Hours of operation are extremely inconvenient for someone who works Monday-friday 8-5. This causes people to pile in on Saturdays making sure the wait is 45 minutes to speak with someone in person. Very frustrating and very disappointing for a bank that prides itself in its customer service.

  14. Plato Blvd location is terrible. Always slow service, terrible attitudes and have even been refused simple services. In more than one case I have left and gone to the roseville location instead, who gives you the exact opposite experience.

  18. Affinity plus made clerical error that caused my credit score to drop tremendously. I’ve been a member for over 10 years, Affinity plus won’t return my calls to resolve the issue. It’s been 3 weeks since I first called them about the issue, every time I call I get the same answer: “I’m going to look into it and call you back”.

  19. I have been with this bank since 2011. I have all my accounts, credit cards and loans with them. They have helped me through the worse financial times of my life and adjusted my approvals based on MY circumstances not just my credit score. Amazing!

  20. Great for banking but recently service has deteriorated a lot. They completely zeroed out our rewards points and try to say that the new program has advantages. It is better to say that the old program did not work out for the bottom line. Their CD rates cannot compete as well. They used to be far better.
