  1. I get calls from Discover scammers using spoof telephone numbers all the time claiming to be from Discover. I have to ask, do the suits in the ivory tower approve of this harassment? Or, is it from one of their many call centers? Yea, I know the suits DO NOT CARE!!!! Avoid, you can thank me later. Have a blessed day!!!!

  2. I tried speaking with someone in myHR Service Center and they were rude, were eating while they were talking to me and then hung up on me after saying they couldn’t help me with my problem without trying to help me find a solution.

  6. I called the service line in hopes of making a payment, greeted by a 7/10 automation service then switched to a 10/10 service rep. she was personable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Based on this experience i will be recommending to others to use the call line for needed account help.

  7. Customer service when you call discovery is incredible. Better than jake from statefarm. They really go out of their way to help you and don’t leave you on hold like ever, they really seem to care about helping you and the guys I spoke to on the phone particularly Steve had outstanding customer service 10 or of 5 stars.
