Its but they take more then one day out sometimes when you are on prepaid
Some of the most unhelpful and rude customer service of any other business on more than one occasion.
As a member I’d recommend Tri County Electric just a little bit pricey but perfect service.
They’re so rude. I don’t know if it’s new employees or what but I’ve never had the type of problems that I had today. Ridiculous!
Great place to work for and be a customer. During the 2008 tornado aftermath as well as the ice storm those people worked hard to get service back to the customers
Wake up in the middle.if the night no bad weather Friday March 4 2022 high electricity cost and can’t get your stuff running right.
Today, Monday January 6th, 2014, could quite possibly be the coldest day of the year. I just wanted to say thank you to the guys for working diligently on the outage from approximately 4 am to 7 am this morning! Some of you may remember …
Have had trouble since we moved here cant pay bill unless u drive to the light company there automated system doesn’t work very well
TriCounty has always been helpful when I have called for inquires. Awesome outage response in Westmoreland last night during/after bad storm too. Was a fan before but after last night I have the absolute highest respect for everyone in your company now. What’s required to keep power coming to us is simply amazing. Thank you!
We have always had pleasant experiences with Tri-County. They take care of our needs and communicate well. Just wish we had the option to pay online without the fee. However, with a convenient location in town, it’s easy to drop off a payment while running other errands.
Denise in the scottsville office should not be in public work . She’s rude hangs up on people and downright slurs people that are having a rough time. They turned ours off ,even tho the bill was payed.
I live in Lafayette, and we have power outages CONSTANTLY. Even when there’s no severe weather. That’s my only major complaint.

I’ve been a TRI COUNTY customer for 10+ years. I think my billing history speaks for itself in that I pay on time and in full every month. However recently, …
Overpriced bills and lack of maintaining services. Think reconstruction of management would be helpful.
Yet another ‘Planned Outage’ on October 31st with less than 72 hours notice, leaving me no way to heat my home, and ruining the first holiday I’ve had the chance to celebrate in two years. Happy Halloween.
I only leave a 1star because I can’t leave a negative star rating. More outages, longer wait for restoration of power and nonexistent customer service. Not to mention an outrageous cost. The worst electric company in TN.
I cut my main breaker off when I went to work. I got a a 6.78$ usage for one day. 400 square foot apt. But nothing was even on!!!! How is this possible?? I’m sorry. I really feel I’m being taken to the cleaners! I’m thanking of buying a generac to power my apt permanently.
This place is awful. Honestly, they need to be investigated. There’s no reason my electric bill should be going up 100+ dollars EVERY SINGLE MONTH from me and my family doing the exact same thing. Customer service is rude and won’t answer …
I work from I’ve been calling since 430 this morning no answer. The electric has been going off and on since 3 am or before. I guess I will be calling TVA on them again. So fed up with them and the working for the people is their slogan 🤣🤣🤣 …
Tri County are fine people who I have had dealings with on several occasions. Now I’m talking foremans, engineers, and linemen. Until you have tussle with high voltage, stop your complaining. They do the best they can with what they have to work with.
All of my calls have been hung up on. No matter what option including report a power outage! They continue to bill my dad for electricity even after his death. He was no longer in the state of Tennessee. I can’t dispute this as their phones …
Reported outage to dispatcher and was told they were working on it. She didn’t know what caused it, had no clue when it might be restored, no information what so ever. Maybe technicians should communicate more to dispatch in order to better …
