The customer service at the baggage office in Atlanta is deplorable. Swa ripped my new checked bag and although a report was finally made, no compensation was given. Very disappointed.

Wow… has this airline changed since Herb passed. I recently had the most miserable experience ever flying on SW into Orlando 7/9/22 not enough gates properly staffed we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours waiting for a gate 2 hours late getting in at 11:30pm after leaving Houston late at 6:30pm local time. Next time I will drive!!
Disappointed that I chose this airline. Had it been another (larger) airline, we would’ve had more options to fly back home. Stuck in Indianapolis for another 6 hours! Crew was memorable & different..airport staff was extremely rude & unhelpful throughout 🙁

Canceled flights, thousands stranded. I booked another airline for $500 more, but atleast it will get me home. They will say weather but really its a management problem and not having the employees (Florida and Dallas have good weather right now). 0 customer service, they hang up after about 2 hours.
