Worst hospital ever… Went to get my ankle checked at this place and they said nothing was wrong and gave me a brace for my foot. On top of that I was charged. I ended up going to another hospital and discovered my ankle was actually broke smh
Wait time in the ER is always more than 4 hours here. No clue why it is an ER adding to the irony. The reason they gave us is, a room has been allotted to us, only thing that is holding up is the existing patient exit process and the follow …
Delivered my baby here and have to say, one of the worst maternal care units. They don’t have a nursery to care for the baby while the mommy recovers. The nurses do not do a single thing to help new moms unless you hound them, including …
My daughter was there about a dog bite. One of the nurses joked about my daughter’s situation loudly about finding the dog that bit her. To say the least this was inhumane!
I was put on hold for 10 mins while trying to make an appointment. And they will tell you to go to another facility if you are not satisfied their “rude” services. …
Went in because I had a case of the lupus, but Dr kept insisting that it’s never lupus. Dr was basically playing a game for the diagnosis. Almost died 4 times lol! Turned out to be amyloidosis. In and out in 3 days. Drs are very good looking, food is ok. 10/10 would get lupus again.
I came with my mother to the emergency room. While the admitting persons and the emergency room staff were very accommodating, The emergency Dr. Farber was very nasty. He spoke in a very unprofessional way and did not take the time to …
Moderate to Bad – doctor visits to wards are less than once a day – each day we see a different doctor on call – while family physician and ER doctor indicated a maximum of 1 day stay, since then my daughter has had a total of 5 minutes of …
The doctor let my cancer get deadly by not following up on treatments and testing. It’s all about being on the payroll and $$$. Should have stayed in Philadelphia.
I was there on 1/7/2019, I was taken via ambulance to the ER due to a hemorrhage. The place was filthy, and very crowded.
I had a pounding headache, and a nose bleed that I was holding closed myself. …

Waited for 4 hours for stitches and left because I was never treated or seen. A complete waste of time and money and I pray I never have to go there to be treated for a more serious emergency.
i couldn’t find doctor house or his team.
the care that i recieved was extremely thoughtful and first class, i was treated as soon as possible with generous nurses.
Don’t use the emergency services here. They had me wait 2 hours in the waiting room and then 1 hour inside waiting for a doctor. My daughter was doubling up in pain and crying all the time. I was told that there was only one ER Doctor on …
This hospital was built in the past 10 years or so and it is still very sleek and modern. Since Penn took over recently the rooms seem smaller than last time we were here. It seems like this hospital takes longer and keeps you longer than …
weekend food options and evenings are non existing at this hospital. this is an area that needs improving. families spend long hours on location and have little to no option for meals.
Came to the Center for Testing and Treatment for a Gastric Emptying Scan and everyone was kind and helpful, also the building is beautiful with lots of sunshine
So I was admitted for eating disorder and I’m so tired of having to deal with my eating disorder and my doctor reapplied for the program the doctor didn’t wanna accept me but the insurance was gonna cover it.I’m so sad
I am in a room full of people who have all been waiting for at least 3 hours. I’ve been here 3 1/2 hours and it’s about 50 degrees in here. Everyone is freezing and pissed. And this is why healthcare in the U.S. is bullshit.
It’s a give and go with this place. The staff is slow and relaxed. People don’t introduce themselves and you have to ask who you are speaking to 90% of the time. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s been the same the past three times over the …
Beautiful hospital but it’s a shame that there are no changing tables in the women’s restroom for babies or a family restroom, at least not one on the fifth floor where we had to go!
Some Nurses in the ER don’t care about patients. This in very unprofessional and would not recommend to come here. Better service is offered at RWJ in New Brunswick
Admitted through the ER department, every nurse, Dr, and support staff were top notch on every level. If you need to be in a hospital, this one is a great option.
I was so disappointed, NEVER go to this hospital, my sister who had a fever of 100.9 wasnt treated and we were there for 7 HOURS and they never came in to check on her, shes a 7 year old . She even feel asleep in the chair outside.
One of the worst Emergency Service hospital ever, Both the doctors and nurses are full of attitude, You can not raise any questions, better don’t ask for any help. Just keep quiet and hand in the money :-(. I wish I will never need to go back to there again!
This is an old hospital with new building but the medical staff here is horrible and inexperienced.. my wife was admitted here and they didn’t provide any food over 20hrs and told us they are deciding on a test whether to do or not to .. …
It’s funny how they can afford high-tech wheeled computer carts with batteries, absurdly high ceilings, glass panes with water flowing down them, fancy rugs hanging from the walls, and state-of-the-art oscilloscopes and heart monitors, while they can’t treat their ER patients on time.
This vaunted hospital is the pits! Such a disappointment for a hospital that was supposed to be the gold standard. The staff is lackadaisical. The food is awful. The care is substandard. The patient rooms are furnished with the most uncomfortable furniture possible! One star is too much!
Made appointment for tests recommended by doctor on Thursday evening. Test needed or recommended before taking transportation. Test ordered end of day Thursday. By Friday 3:50 pm, more than 5 hours later, never got any call !!!!
Had very good service when I had surgery on my ACL. However their billing system is whack. They need to improve the bills to provide clearer explanations of costs.
So far very disappointed in the hospital staff. My mother was brought in by ambulance at 4am today ( she is 75) and was having severe nausea and abdominal pain. No one called me-even though I am her POA. I called to speak with her ER nurse …
Such Rude response at the Outpatient Reception – not sure is this hospital industry or Fish market.2 star rating should be a great rating for the Operator whom I asked just to check what time I should arrive…
My therapist Susan gave me terrific therapy, even went all the way to find me help while on the phone with me and got me an appointment with professionals .she might’ve saved my life .
This hospital is the best place to bring anybody to. Its clean, well staffed, the nurse’s and nurse’s aides are so knowledgeable and helpful and they work with each other to do all they can for the patients. …
The wait can be long sometimes but once you are taken back to a room the doctors are very caring and take their time with their patients. The experience is very comfortable I would recommend to anyone .
Great Hospital and Staff!

Consider going to another hospital if you’ve been diagnose with Cancer. They take too long to get test results from lab which tells you that they are not fully capable of handling this type of disease.
Had a knee replacement here two years ago. Every aspect of my care was top notch. Nurses, doctors and even food was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends.
Visited the ER after a fall while I was walking the dog. Everyone was extremely caring and I was seen in a timely manner. Thank you to all who took care of me that evening.
They were negligent and really took their time. Been here three times with three different people (they only killed one of them) and each time the staff was slow and not knowledgeable at all. Decisions about patient care seemed arbitrary at best and staff seemed to truly disregard the patients needs. A shame, it’s a beautiful facility.
Except for one doctor in emergency, everybody else has been outstanding. everybody has gone above the job. We are happy and hope we don’t have to come back, but if we do, this is the place.
I went to ER and waited for over 4 hours. I sat in the waiting room, this happened twice. The registration woman said they take the less serious patients first so they can get them in and out. Meanwhile the more serious wait and wait. I …
Disgusting. Filthy. No one cares. My father in law was in the ED for over 24 hours. The incompetence, and lack of interest in his care was uncalled for. I do not recommend this ED. Stay far away.
Simply the Worst. Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. Three different people took all the details and at the end of the call suggested that someone would call back for the appointment and no one ever calls. I wonder how are they …
My wife just gave birth to our son here. The cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in. Brand new state of the art facility. Large, private rooms with 46″ TVs and fold out beds for the husbands/significant others in the maternity floor. The staff …
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark Schwartz here for about 3 years and he is amazing! He has a great bedside manner and is very helpful. The only downside is that it is a little far from my house. Also, whoever answers the phones is usually rude whenever I have called to leave a message for the doctor.
UMCP endevours to be one of the best provider of healthcare in America. The senior staff and administration believes there in no excuse for the providing the best possible care for its clientele and staff for that matter. They have designed …

The best experience I have ever had in an emergency department! I have lived in many places on the US & abroad andI have never had an experience like what I had there. They were fast, attentive, and really nice. They even handled the billing part last!
Best experience that I’ve had at a hospital EVER. This was my first time there. Went to the ER due to complications with my asthma at 930 am. I was impressed from the very moment. Upon checking in, I was asked what was wrong rather than for …

In the past 2 weeks, I had to undergo several pulmonology tests as an outpatient. I had the pleasure of having Kenny as my technician. Despite my anxiety, Kenny was knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive throughout my procedures. I highly recommend this facility for these types of outpatient testing.
My mother in law was brought here in severe back pain through an ambulance. She didnt get a nurse or doctor to show up until more than 2 hours later. Just a third rate hospital now from what it used to be before Penn bought them.
Awesome! NP Daniel Rivera and the two male nurses were great! Engaging, thorough and able to put my 13 yo son completely at ease. Better treatment than we’ve gotten at many 5 star hotels.
Waited in waiting room for 6-7 hours with chest pains but people that came after me going before me , hospital was short staffed & had no beds available so had to wait in waiting room
Experience with both maternity/postpartum unit for me and ER for my husband : I give 0 star to each of them. This is the worst place. Just a cash machine that does not care about human beings.
Nurses are rude, they lie to the patients (trick them into signing consent forms), make up stories about the patients, take forever to do anything, and give you very little food when you stay there. The people there are terrible at their …
Wish I could give 0 starts. The services themselves were fine but the failures in billing and the pass-the-buck mentality of every single billing, financial services, or customer services office was unbelievable. I have never received such inept, unsympathetic service at any institution (medical or otherwise) in my life.
Was hired there as a employee. I was mislead about the job. So I quit the job. It’s been almost a month. I have yet to receive a check for my days worked. I’ve have never seen a company take almost a month to pay someone. That’s have calls …
Re: UMCP Center For Ambulatory Surgery ONLY. Top notch, start to finish. Absolutely professional, attentive and supportive. From pre-op, anesthesiology, recovery (and of course my surgeon). I could not have felt in better hands.
They will tell u they accept your insurance but their doctors are not even university doctors. There is an Outside doctor that treats you than bills you thousands of dollars depending on services rendered. I specifically called in advance …

Cannot say enough about the nurse who was assigned to me Kathleen B. Would give her 10 stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I would never go back again…this hospital seriously overcharges people. Not only that but they don’t have decent doctors there. My son broke his arm on the playground and they did not have an …

Extremely long wait time compared to Nemours, Robert Wood, or CHOP in Philadelphia. The attending is afraid to make any routine decisions without consulting the pediatrician, like ordering bloodwork. And where is the pediatrician, are …
Horrible Hospital! Nurses, Doctors, Surgeons and entire staff need to all get on the same page! One person will walk into your room and tell you one thing, then later someone else will come in and tell you something completely different! …
Been there several times and found that they have no policy about washing hands. The doctors don’t. The nurses don’t. Very surprising in this day and age when we know that hand-washing is perhaps the most important thing a hospital can do to keep its community safe.
I’ve never been so compelled to write about anything in my life. I just left the new hospital in Princeton-Plainsboro. I went to the ER today due to coughing up blood, and when we first walked in – NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK for about 3 …
This was the worst hospital experience ever. In a nutshell, my husband and I heard one of the nurses say that they just give pain meds to the patients to “make them feel good and hurry up and discharge them before the meds wear off.” We …
GOOD LUCK FINDING A FACILITY WORSE THAN THIS ONE!!!! My four year old went to the ER at this facility, and we were treated ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I didn’t think that a hospital would ever lie to a patron, but I was lied to by the staff …

By far the best hospital I’ve ever been to. Nurses and doctors truly cared about my condition and did an excellent job of treating me during my stay. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after my 2 week stay. Staff treated me with care and kindness unlike most other hospitals I’ve had to go to
My mother entered this facility on June 25, 2018 for a routine hip replacement. On June 27, at 1:30 am a nurse assistant dropped her while walking, an 82 year old, to the toilet by herself. She had emergency surgery the new hip …

Hands down the best medical treatment I received. I had a hip replacement and my team was so empathetic, engaging, smart and efficient. They bring bedside manner to a new level.

While Doctors & nurses are professionals, it is a different ball game when it comes to Insurance. Billing clearly is uncoordinated. Even after repeated calls to the billing and offer the insurance details, they don’t submit documents to insurance correctly. If the billing company is Akron from Ohio, then better find another hospital.
I used the ER when I had pregnancy complications, though it was a long wait the ER doctor and ultrasound technician were wonderful and caring. Doc even went out of her way to get me ultrasound to confirm I hadn’t lost the baby though it was …

horrible! i felt like a complete and total animal. i felt trapped and they pumped me up with so much medicine that i became manic and they blamed it on me. told me it was my fault. and now they are trying to send me to a 2.9 abusive outpatient program. i hate the systems. they are not built for people like me.
Went to the ER of the hospital today. Staff was quick. Dr Portale very professional and efficient and they gave me all the medicine and support needed. I stayed several hours there to check the evolution of my physical state and the doctor was coming regularly to see me and being reassuring . It was very appreciated!
ER intake was rude from the start, then staff would not allow anyone to stay to give history. Patient was confused and unable to give info at the time. A beautiful new hospital however will NEVER go back.
The clinical and administrative staff at the Medical Arts Surgical Pavilion are compassionate, caring, efficient and professional. The facility is modern and clean. Absolutely no complaints. (Thanks much Carroll, Dawn, Matt & Chris)
At first I avoided going here because it had bad reviews and was going to Monmouth Medical Care an hour away we’ll decided to try this place this time. It’s not bad. But for something like swimmers ear. It’s loud and noisy now you expect in …

My review is strictly related to a recent ER intake experience. I should have called an ambulance to facilitate our intake as the desk showed no concern or urgency in dealing with any of us and slowly worked through the queue single finger …
Terrible. Doctor did not do anything for me. He kept disappearing. I have never been in so much pain and the solution the doctor suggested was to go home and deal with it. Absolutely insane. Wasted money to get no help. Unbelievable.

I would not recommend Penn Medicine for primary care if you need referrals. There seems to be only one person designated to do referrals, and I have put in 5 or 6 requests and spoke with other team members with no luck. It’s been 6 months….

I wish the charge nurse was more nice to me and my fiancé when my friend is there sick. She was rude to us in front of them.. i don’t how people can be like that when I’m visiting a sick friend… very sad… but nice hospital. It’s clean .

My father was admitted in this hospital. Please don’t be deceived. Even though the hospital is beautiful, the medical team was a joke. Unnecessary tests were taken daily on my father and there was no proper consent or communication to …
My father has been getting care on the rehab floor and although I’ve seen many reviews, the nurses have been so nice to all of us so far. We had a huge problem with how rude and unprofessional staff was at capital health, so we are so relieved my father is getting the care and treatment he deserves. Super grateful.
The ER nurse was not attentive to my daughter’s needs and passed her arm pain off as a non urgent matter. My daughter ended up being hospitalized because I had to press the issue and speak up for her as she started begging me to help her …
I am from India and as a visitor came here on 5/12/21 and on 30/01/22 sleep and fall on black ice while lifted right leg to enter my daughter’s car. My left leg broken and my daughter immediately taken me to Penn Medicine Princeton Health …
They have no nursery (everything including bathing the baby was done in my room). My room was like a public area: mandatory cleanings (even if I tell them I just want to rest no need to clean my room), vital checkups (for baby and mom and …
I took my daughter to the ER due to a stomach virus this week. The ER pediatrician and male nurse were just amazing!! They were both compassionate and empathetic towards my 7yo daughter.
Worst ER experience this morning (normally the front desk is kind) the person who was covering 4AM-430AM was horrendous for working a Crucial position in the hospital – the ER front desk- I walk in my son whose not even two had trouble …
This review is for the ER experience that I had last month. If you are in a serious condition, please don’t go to their ER and waste your time. Starting from the receptionist, nobody really cares about whether you are in a lot of pain or …
I had an amazing experience at Penn med for an outpatient surgery at the medical arts pavilion. the nurses and staff were so caring and I felt like I was in good hands before and after the surgery. it was so quick and efficient, I was home …
Fraudulent charges for procedures that never happened. Doctor Becker is a scammer and a dismissive individual who doesn’t see people as patients rather as walking banks. Save your $400 for the first visit and go someplace else.
My family had visited the ER many times for various serious conditions. They flew me to Philadelphia’s main UPenn hospital for life-threatening illness. The Penn Medicine system is fantastic.
I have NEVER been to such a disorganized, poorly run hospital in my life. This is my second visit to Penn Medicine Princeton hospital emergency room.
My 90+ year old father and I were subjected to 9 hours of wait time and he still …

The hospital is full of crooks. We sat in the ER for 4 hours for them to tell us they can’t do anything and completely ignored the cause of our visit. Then instead of atleast treating the pain that we came in for, they give us an ultimatum …
This Occupational Health Clinic is by far the best in the industry. Their attention to all aspects of the experience is nothing short of perfection. From working with Customer Relations experts to set up services that are right for me and …
Terrible wait times here. Had to come for a suspected heart problem following a COVID infection, waited 4 hours to be seen. However I do want to point out that after I saw the doctor the chest x ray and EKG was done very quickly and with very swift feedback as well.
Horrible experience. Was there for 4 days and couldn’t take it anymore. They gave NOTHING Tylenol for some of the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt. Didn’t give me my regular daily medication and I had to dress n bring my own medicine …
Before I get into this review, I would like to note to everyone commenting on Albert Einstein’s death that he did not die at this current hospital- rather, Princeton HealthCare System’s hospital in downtown Princeton which is now apartments …
Went to the ER late one night recently. Sat for 2 hours then left. Extremely overcrowded, potential patients and family members all in crowded room, hard to space apart since it was so crowded. Front desk clerk was helpful, security guard …

second baby here , great staff at the labor and delivery unit. Love the nurse and cnas. They work well together to make your experiences unique and comfortable
Came here when I was having a fever of 104 and waited hours for no treatment whatsoever. They didn’t offer IV fluids or anything to help. Ran no tests at all and just said they don’t do anything here at the hospital. This place is a joke. Worst hospital I’ve ever been to
Made me pay $250 copay day of hip replacement without notice and would not do surgery without it. Post op placed in chair for hour and 1/2 while machine to monitor my vitals alarmed “no respiratory rate” for same time . Had my call light …
this is a bad facility to get treated at, they worry more about your payment rather than what is wrong with you, was in the ER for 3 hours for abdominal pain, maybe had actual interactions with nurses for 20 minutes, spoke to maybe 5 …
I recently had a problem and a concern that I needed resolved before scheduling a procedure at Penn Medicine. I was referred to Lakesha Wallace the Patient Advocate Manager. After discussing my problem with Lakesha , she immediately …
One of the best hospitals in N.J! I wish to thank Dr.Reagan Tudor and all Doctors and Nurses who provided help to my husband Ed! I am also very grateful to the social worker Ms.Gowri who was extremely helpful in every way!!! Thank you, thank you all !
My experience began so nicely until my time with pre op nurse. I felt like I was in a class with a really bad teacher. She was very condescending, not compassionate or understanding. She was horrible. If she was like this with me, she is most likely like this with other patients for pre op testing. I left feeling really stupid.
My mom had hip surgery and every single pro was absolutely fabulous. Our experience truly could not have been better. Many thanks to all who helped my mom!
I needed a blood draw for my daughter for a specialized test, where I needed to mail a sample to California for analysis. The lab refused to take the blood draw as they state there is a liability in this request. What the hospital is …

Do yourself a favor and drive to RWJ or Capital. The doctors have no time to talk to you. There is no urgency of care in this hospital. There is a doctor in the emergency room who walks around condescending emergency room clients. Just …
I recently had breast surgery at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. It was a positive experience from start to finish. The facility was beautiful and spotless. The staff that greeted me and checked me in were friendly and efficient. …
Last week I had an outpatient surgical procedure here. It was the best hospital experience I have had. Had a migraine when I arrived. My pre op nurse could not have been more caring. She turned off lights and asked my Dr. If I could be given pre op medicine to help. Every staff member was outstanding. 10/10.
I had an excellent experience here for my elective surgery. My anesthesiologist and pre/post op nurses and care team were so kind and caring. I had a very positive experience here. Dare I say, I would not mind an elective or non-elective surgery here again.
I needed to stay in this hospital 4 times for various reasons (2 childbirths and 2 surgeries). We picked it because of the big name and the proximity to our home. Each time, I got less and less impressed with the quality of their …
The nurses are great but doctor and food services are horrible. Haven’t eaten in over 24 hours even though food is ordered (never shows) and haven’t seen doctor in over 6 hours, and nurses won’t tell any details. I understand they’re busy …
My elderly mother has fallen 3 times in five years, and Penn Medicine in Princeton always take good care of her during her 3-6 day stays. She likes the staff and even the food. In fact, my mom prefers Penn Medicine to that of the several skilled nursing facilities she has been in after her stay at this hospital.
Penn Medicine Princeton is an incredibly awesome hospital. The L&D and Postpartum nurses were some of the best, not just nurses, but people I’ve ever met. They tended to my pregnant wife’s every need. They were sweet, caring, and all around …
I’m not sure why this hospital has so many bad reviews. I will tell you they are miracle workers especially with children. My 3 year old son was neglected by the doctors at capital health. Sent home way to early with low oxygen levels and …

Was and I mean was one of the best. Still a nice building but that is it.
Took my 2.5 month infant for tests as she had high fever. The room they had given didnt have a bassinet and had to make her sleep in adult bed. Also the ER nurses didnt seem to have much experience handling infants so young. The nurse who …

Nursing and ancillary care on the regular floors was terrible . Excellent care on both parts in ICU/CCU.
Policies of the doctors’ office are not patient friendly. Many of the front desk staff are Blunt and show don’t care attitude.
They charged us $11,000 for 3 hours to rule out a hernia. Highway robbery
The best of this hospital is the diagnostics department led by Dr. House
Worst hospital ever… Went to get my ankle checked at this place and they said nothing was wrong and gave me a brace for my foot. On top of that I was charged. I ended up going to another hospital and discovered my ankle was actually broke smh
The wait times at the Emergency Room in Plainsboro, NJ are ridiculous. If you’re in need of EMERGENCY Help please go somewhere else.
The nurses do not do a single thing to help new moms unless you hound them, including …
Who has enough time to complain about this place? Care is excellent..no doubt the best in the area.
Our youngest daughter was born here. This was probably the best hospital we’ve ever been to facilities wise.
My daughter was there about a dog bite. One of the nurses joked about my daughter’s situation loudly about finding the dog that bit her. To say the least this was inhumane!
They are not compassionate at the ER area. They are good to charge you. Thy play games and don’t assit you on time
I was put on hold for 10 mins while trying to make an appointment. And they will tell you to go to another facility if you are not satisfied their “rude” services. …
Don’t even think of going here..slow. incompetent
Everyone is always so nice & helpful!
I’ve always had anxiety about hospitals, but Princeton makes me feel comfortable.
Unfortunately cannot give a zero otherwise would have rated a zero for their ER care. …
I came with my mother to the emergency room. While the admitting persons and the emergency room staff were very accommodating, The emergency Dr. Farber was very nasty. He spoke in a very unprofessional way and did not take the time to …
I took dad there twice, they have caught issues both times. I am very grad to have the hospital in the area!
Moderate to Bad – doctor visits to wards are less than once a day – each day we see a different doctor on call – while family physician and ER doctor indicated a maximum of 1 day stay, since then my daughter has had a total of 5 minutes of …
The nurses were moving at such a slow pace in the ER. The nurse practitioner was not very helpful. Not a good experience.
Fantastic staff! Thank you for helping us bring our baby boy, Jude, safely into the world!
ER experience was horrible. Way too much wating time and very rude nurses.
Another lame, overbilling medical center. Get your numbers straight and stop overbilling your patients!
Went into the ER as per my pain dermatologist waited four hours was told nothing not even that I would eventually be seen finally gave up and went home
Worst ER ever
Very bad no one care in emergency ..I go with my 4y old kids his temperature is 104.2 and 2:30 we r there wt till 4:15 pm no one can come to chk my kid even nurse only repsepsnist give us attention … that’s is …. wt kind of hospital emergency block is this ..I.. I never seen this type emergency service ….
It was nice, I just cant understand why that House guy still in the clinic, HE WAS PLAYING PACMAN IN THE BRAIN SURGERY
Average ER wait time four to six hours, but staffed sanely. If your injury is life-threatening, there may be no place you would rather be. 🅾️🏨👍 …
This is the best hospital I’ve ever been to. That includes nurses , staff and doctors.
Easy parking too!
Admitted through the ER department, every nurse, Dr, and support staff were top notch on every level. If you need to be in a hospital, this one is a great option.
Very good hospital. Although some doctor named “Greg House” was very rude to me infront of some lady, a black guy, and an Australian.
I was so disappointed, NEVER go to this hospital, my sister who had a fever of 100.9 wasnt treated and we were there for 7 HOURS and they never came in to check on her, shes a 7 year old . She even feel asleep in the chair outside.
Fun Fact: Albert Einstein died here in April 18 1955.
Dr. House was a jerk to say the least but him and he’s team is why I’m still alive. Thank you Gregory House.
Operator answer the telephono is the worst is not kind
Service by telephono is horrible departments of comhnications never answer the …
One of the worst Emergency Service hospital ever, Both the doctors and nurses are full of attitude, You can not raise any questions, better don’t ask for any help.
Came here with my sister to have extensive tests done and the people who worked with her were amazingly friendly!
My experience in the Maternal Fetal Medicine area was awesome. The facility was new and clean,. The staff on duty today overseeing my daughters new baby was …
Consider going to another hospital if you’ve been diagnose with Cancer. They take too long to get test results from lab which tells you that they are not fully capable of handling this type of disease.
Beautiful and comfortable place and good service mind of staff.
Excellent staff, op prep, recovery rooms. Patient prep and education are exceptional. Infection prevention pre and post op are second to non.
Admissions is a disgrace!! They act like robots absolutely programmed answers and that’s if you can never get a hold of anyone ……. Good luck
Best experience I have in 2 years from any hospital so far.
I wonder how are they …
I took my daughter here for treatment and received excellent medical care. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was caring!
Dr. Gregory House sure did help me with my cancer. I sure do appreciate it. He is also a great boss, and a wonderful friend. Its been an honor, seeing you. It sucks he had to go with all his leg pain, i tried to get a mural painted in his …
The best experience I have ever had in an emergency department!

Princeton Hospital used to be a good Medical center. Now, it is truely lacking.
First, nobody is stationed at the entrances to greet you, direct you and monitor …

By far the best hospital I’ve ever been to. Nurses and doctors truly cared about my condition and did an excellent job of treating me during my stay. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after my 2 week stay. Staff treated me with care and kindness unlike most other hospitals I’ve had to go to

I would give them 0 stars if I could! One time I was in there and was told that they did not see any kidney stones and I was clear to go home. The next couple of days I passed FOUR stones, extremely painful! I was admitted a few weeks ago …

Once they can’t help they pass u off to another dr horrible customer service
If I could give this rating ZERO stars, I would! The ER is an absolute joke! I went in early December 2018. Not only did the triage nurse act as if there were nothing wrong with me, but then sent me back into the waiting room for THREE …

horrible! i felt like a complete and total animal. i felt trapped and they pumped me up with so much medicine that i became manic and they blamed it on me. told me it was my fault. and now they are trying to send me to a 2.9 abusive outpatient program. i hate the systems. they are not built for people like me.

Urologist stated I did not have kidney stones after ultrasound. I insisted he was wrong. He had me urinate in a strainer and 4 stones came out. Bleeding profusely and pain was terrible. Sent me home with BP 182/167. I do not have high BP …

Worst service. Better to go to your home country for any kind of treatment instead of struggling with Penn Medicine before and after treatment.

My father has been getting care on the rehab floor and although I’ve seen many reviews, the nurses have been so nice to all of us so far. We had a huge problem with how rude and unprofessional staff was at capital health, so we are so relieved my father is getting the care and treatment he deserves. Super grateful.

Horrible experience. Was there for 4 days and couldn’t take it anymore. They gave NOTHING Tylenol for some of the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt. Didn’t give me my regular daily medication and I had to dress n bring my own medicine …

I had an excellent experience here for my elective surgery. My anesthesiologist and pre/post op nurses and care team were so kind and caring. I had a very positive experience here. Dare I say, I would not mind an elective or non-elective surgery here again.
