  3. Efficient in getting electrical repairs done in a timely fashion, especially when it really counts. First time for internet in the rural area. Electric popped off and so did the internet. But came back on with electric.

  6. Our electricity went out last night. I called the 1 800 number and reported a power outage through their automated system. Within 10 minutes A representative called me back to verify the situation. Within the hour my electricity was back on! Thank you!

  9. Fuse on pole blew because of a bird on the line.
    I reported it on line, and a crew in the area was here within 3 minutes, replaced the fuse and got us back up and power on.

  10. Wouldn’t you know something would happen on a holiday. Labor day Sunday everything died. The next day everything was working again. We have been extremely happy with service from Ozarks.

  11. Ozark Electric is GREAT!!!!!!!!! We had very strong winds just last week, trees down all over and our power went out but Ozark Electric worked through the night getting peoples power back on!
