J. Crew Corporate offices are super trendy – great office with an open work space to promote collaboration. There are a number of small offices and phone rooms for privacy. Lastly, lots of common areas for more casual conversations with couches.
I bought two pairs of shoes. Nice shoes, but wrong size. I sent them back. Unfortunately, I was charged $7.50 for processing a return plus $7.00 for the shipping and handling. The shoes were never touched. Therefore, J. Crew should have no problems reselling them. I am at a loss! Not cool J. Crew.
