  4. You can’t call specific branches. Their automated system is vague, unhelpful, and often times you’ll wait on hold for a while before the system ultimately hanging up on you.

I been with Michigan First credit union for the longest and every time I have a problem it get handled that day my customer service representative John Paul is the best and he will go to the extreme to make sure you leave happy so when you go there and for JP he is very prompt and going to try his best to make it happen for you

  11. Customer service is horrible. It’s always a hassle to handle business at Southfield evergreen location. Nothing is simply with Michigan First and the customer is always inconvenienced even when their at fault.
