Not much communication from these people when filing a claim. However, my claim was paid within a somewhat reasonable period.

Gave us 1 quote but sent another quote via mail- that was substantially higher. Rude on the phone. Had used them for years but would never recommend them.

Bought a 20 year term life insurance policy and missed a payment in the eighteenth year. They would not renew the policy and started to bully me, sending poorly written questionnaires with random health questions. Inept from every department and person you have to deal with. I cannot express the word INEPT in any other way. Educate yourself Do Not Use this company. They take your money with pleasure but do not want to pay a claim. They have stall tactics, fine printing etc to not pay a legitimate claim.
I’ve been doing business with this company for 40 years with my insurance needs. They have very good life insurance at an affordable rate. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of their website, it does not give you a lot of information on your account or for your needs.
