They’ve changed their customer service to the worst auto system i’ve ever had to use. They’ve made it impossible to connect to an actual person!! And if you try to call a branch directly, it just routs you right back to the auto system. Have multiple accounts with them, about to change them all to another bank!!!

Everytime you try to do anything like transfer money the bank rejects it for no reason! They have so much security that you can’t even transfer money into your own account. They have horrible customer service. Their online platform is the most archaic banking platform I have ever used. Please avoid this bank unless you like headaches.
