Awesome electricity. I turn stuff on and whamo….a small wiff of ozone and then the flow of amazing 100 percent grade A power.
1. Rudest person I’ve ever spoke to on the phone.
2. I have to drive an hour away to setup service in 2017.
Good customer service and responds to outages quickly
There was a small tree lim across the lines witch took the power out took care of myself I can’t even contact anyone to let them know. The brk.needs turned on
That replaced a telephone pole on the easement of 101 and 50 but drove there telephone pole truck through my yard and Doug ruts for approximately 50 yards so bad that we won’t be able to cut that area until there’s some dirt put in I’ve called no response no answer no call back this is ridiculous
Lousy service, wind blows or it rains and you loose power. Now I know where the people who managed Puerta Rico’s power grid went to work!
Horrible service. You cant even make payment arrangements and electricity is so high who could afford it. These people do nothing but scam for money
Quick friendly service and they have a drive through window to pay your electric bill quicker ! Reasonable rates on their electricity !

Electric always going out. Really quite tired of the poor service that is provided and when you call to report an outage you always get a busy signal. Not a good way to conduct buisness in my opinion.

I find it pure ridiculous that the power has been out all night and all day and I’ve heard it may not be on until tomorrow !!! We have babies , small children and not to mention I am on a nebulizer and oxygen ! I heard on your recording to make other arrangements, well not everyone has that choice !!!!!!

Terrible. Explain to me how the past 3 weekends the electricity goes out. It takes hours. It happens, I get it. But every weekend this month no power. Lost food, it’s the only time I get to relax. If it were an option I’d switch.
Continued power outages during good weather. NEVER an advanced notice of scheduled interruptions. It’s too bad they have an illegal monopoly. Perhaps some competition could drive them to actually act competent.

I have been trying to call for more than an hour and its been busy. The one time it did ring, it rang a long time then a chick picked up the phone said i dont wanna deal with this and hung up before i could report no power in my area or say anything. Answer your phones and be courteous or find a different job!!
If I could give them a zero I would. Worst company I’ve ever encountered. Their operators are rude and shouldn’t be in the customer service industry, they don’t take care of issues that have been reported for YEARS, and the amount of outages that occur are absolutely ridiculous. New to the rural Indiana area. Power is very reliable and our new fiber optic internet is great. Customer service has been awesome and has improved over the past couple of years.

Second year in a row we’ve been with out power in subfreezing temps for days on end. No body can give an estimate on when the power will be back on. No reasoning why our power is out other than wind. Really wishing we had Duke Energy right now. At least they give you a timeline so you can make other arrangements if need be.

Fiber layed 2 years ago first they will turn it on this summer then this fall then before the end of the year now just “sometime next year” like set backs are one thing but at least have a timeline
