We live in Texas, have an NTTA Texas Toll Tag that never seems to work in Oklahoma. Received a new tag and it still doesn’t work! So, every time we go through a toll booth, we have to stop, read off our #, and the attendant has to key it in, then we can go through! Way to go Oklahoma!!
Missed my turn from 412 onto i35, with no place for several miles to turn around I had to go all the way to the toll booth where they charged me $1.50 to exit, the ramp took me back through the toll booth and I had to pay ANOTHER 1

The place might not look like a government service center. It looks more like a house tunred to office. Staffs are really good and are up for help and displays good knowledge about the service. Pike pass will cost 40$ . Once you have established account you can recharge the pass online. You just need to go to this office one time.

Website down – would not submit payment. On hold 40+ minutes to pay $12 because of plate pay (which is also ridiculous). In the end had to hang up because i had to clock in to work. Could not pay at my convenience.

The turnpike by Hallet and Jennings and the lady was very rude. We just informed her that the other side that took coins wasn’t working. We put over $1.50 in and the light wouldn’t turn green. She was like just go very snappy. It doesn’t cost much for a smile and a little customer service.
Pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, speed, and most importantly kindness of the gentleman that assisted me today. Sometimes it pays off to go old school and do an in person visit.
$30 to $80 within a month of LATE FEES BECAUSE I DIDNT GET THE LETTER AND THEY SAID I CANT CONTEST IT. This is how you put a target on your organization treating customers like this. Dog trash. Stop the turn pike.

Always very friendly and helpful at the I-35 location and on the phone, never had a issue with Pike pass ever and have been using them for years

With the amount of tollbooths passing through you would think id be ok. Took 4 months to get a bill and had $30 in late bill
