Great place to work!
These guys dial my phone everyday, I already explained I am not interested on doing business with them at all, but they keep calling.
Very knowledgeable, prompt excellent service!
Great company with coverage specific to the Wood Working Industry.
This insurance company and it’s employers are rude and extremely unprofessional. Good luck getting any information, let alone HELP, from any of the claims representatives here.
you never know what you’ll find when your randomly looking for something..
They always give good advice and they know the wood business…
Very poor customer service. It has been a week since the accident I have yet to get an estimate from the insurance Company. Claims adjuster appeared to be annoyed and bothered by me. Company doesn’t show any concern or true desire to help with claims.
Janice has her head on straight but the rest of the folks I talk to……. Underwriters are a joke. Called 6 times, left voicemails and zero calls back after being emailed and messaged but customer service. Being a son of an insurance agent, this is completely unacceptable!
Was in an accident with insured and it’s been a week and they still haven’t reached out
Poor customer service. Rep yelled at me for being on the phone while driving. Unbeknownst to her, I was using my hands-free car phone, and my passenger was taking notes. After explaining to her (something I didn’t have to do), there were …
PLM has always been around, having a descent product at a descent price.
A car driven by Kleet Lumber in Huntington NY uses this company for their auto insurance. I was rear ended on Park Ave at approx 12 in the afternoon, on Dec 11th 2019 while driving. There were no sudden stops. Their insurance company …
Pennsylvania Lumbermens has been responsive and informative in all of their dealings with us. Their prices are fair and the people that we have interacted with are helpful and pleasant.
Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. They do not respond whether you call or send all the paperwork. I completed work myself and submitted receipts for less than 300$ of damage caused by a tow company they insured. Worthless
When I googled this company, I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. Honestly, my experience has been A+ so far. Last week I was rear ended by a semi truck twice in stop and go traffic in CA. PLM covered their driver, so I contacted …
Horrible experience with this “company”. Was assigned a claims adjuster named Tim Black a week after I filed a claim with them. I wasn’t informed I was given a claims adjusted, and he has never reached out to me. I filed the claim 3 weeks …
The PLM manager personally visited our office and also visited our Plant in Yuma Arizona. The quality of the visits were insightful and thorough. PLM also issued a two year policy with the same rate each year. The personal touch is appreciated. Previous carriers would only send a 3rd party inspector.
I’ve worked for PLM for a few years now and worked in the industry for over 20 years. I can honestly say that it is an amazing company to to work for. I’ve read the previous reviews and would like to interject my thoughts. First off, every …
So far (1 year in) they have been great. Rates seem fair, Jay Phillips is the rep. for north Georgia, he came out for the inspection great guy! Andrew, Millcraft Door, Inc.
PLM is an excellent organization to do business with. They have very experienced and knowledgeable: underwriters, field sales staff, claims adjusters and customer service reps.
