Started using United Communications high speed internet a week ago and so far it have been very reliable. I’ve been able to do things, downloads and upgrades that I haven’t been able to do unless I’ve been travelling or at the office. Very pleased with the speed that I have now.
Like others have said, their customer service is awesome. The service, not so much. I lose service at least once a week. Some days service will drop a dozen times. If you have other ISP options I highly suggest looking into those. The service is just horrendous.

Having a company thats not publicly traded allows them to actually provide CUSTOMER service and not SHAREHOLDER service.
