As a contractor I was really disappointed how they treated their customer, the insured. The claims department is less than satisfactory and the customer service is inadequate. I would highly suggest taking your business else where. Best of luck!

They consider a 24 x 24 10+ year old cabin that has a generator for electric and a falling down outhouse and no running water as a secondary home that we may live in part of the year and my rate went from $700.00 to $1900. Seriously!!!
You can read the other reviews. This insurance company is terrible. When you need them the most they stab you in the back. Not uncommon for insurance companies, I guess, but almost criminal claims service and payout.
