Dan came and installed our internet service and was extremely efficient and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Looking forward to years of good service after the previous internet company.
Snow, rain, wind, all impact it where if it’s not a clear day you have unclear service. Can also go out randomly when working. As someone working from home…. not my favorite thing to deal with.
Awful customer service, if you call to ask any questions or email they beat around the bush and will never give you an honest answer. Prices continuously go up at service is awful. They definitely overcharge for the service you get!

Nice having service but expensive
Keep billing after return of equipment. When calling, we have a 0 balance, but keep getting past due billing. Poor customer service! !
